Núcleo Monthly Memberships are designed to encourage regular participation in a variety of classes and to support your health and wellness goals by creating options that are fairly priced, while still offering top quality instruction and personalized care in a boutique studio setting.
This membership works on an Auto-Pay Schedule, where payments will be set up to run automatically on your account, processed through your preferred credit card (Visa or MC) via our software system, My Best Studio (see Privacy Policy for data protection details). .
The minimum contract commitment period is 3 months (except in the case of promotions - memberships purchased on sale will have a minimum 6 month comittment; please review the Terms & Conditions and Policy information below for more details.
Commitment to Membership is a minimum of 3 months (and 6 months when a membership is purchased at a discounted promotional price).
Cancellations prior to 3 months are only permitted in exceptional circumstances. Should an exceptional situation occur in which you need to cancel your membership within the first 3 month window, a $100+HST fee will be charged to your card.
If your membership was purchased during a promotion in which a certain period of time is offered free or at a discounted price, that period of time will also be charged if the 6 month commitment is discontinued early.
Cancellations to a membership must be made in writing (email to office@nucleofitness.ca) with a minimum of 15 days notice prior to the regular monthly bill date.
As stated above, only in exceptional circumstances can a membership be placed on hold - for extended surgery/recovery or illness related reasons. Requests for pauses will be handled on a case by case basis.
Please give at least 15 days notice via email in advance of absence from the studio or request for suspension, to avoid delays or additional charges.
